To use certain features of SageNotes, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. You retain ownership of all content you upload to SageNotes, including audio files and transcriptions ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to: • Process Your Content to provide the Service • Store Your Content on our secure servers • Create transcriptions and analyses of Your Content We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We will not use Your Content for training AI models without your explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by SageNotes and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our software • Reverse engineer or decompile our technology • Use our trademarks without permission • Create derivative works based on the Service We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Certain features of SageNotes require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan • Provide accurate billing information • Authorise us to charge your payment method Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Transcriptions will be 100% accurate • The Service will meet your specific requirements • Any errors will be corrected AI-generated content, including transcriptions and analyses, may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGENOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages arising from your use of the Service • Damages exceeding the fees paid in the past 12 months Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SageNotes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you upload to the Service

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for: • Violation of these Terms • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees • Extended periods of inactivity Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
